ABOUT THESE TERMS
These terms apply to therebuild.ca, our free training, our forms, emails and text messages. The website and these services are run by The Rebuild, a trade name of 2850917 Alberta Ltd. By using them, you agree to these terms. If you become a client, your coaching is governed by your client agreement and our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which you’ll see before you pay.
NOT MEDICAL ADVICE
Our website, training, emails and messages share general health and fitness information. They are not medical advice and don’t replace your doctor. Talk to a qualified health professional before you change your diet, start an exercise program or change any medication, especially if you have a health condition, are pregnant, or are recovering from an injury.
RESULTS VARY
The client results we share are real and shared with each client’s permission. They are not typical or guaranteed. Results depend on each person’s starting point, health, effort and circumstances. Where someone we feature has a personal or business connection to us, we say so next to their story.
APPLICATIONS AND THE WAIT LIST
Applying or joining our wait list doesn’t guarantee a place in our coaching. We take on a limited number of clients at a time and choose who we can help best.
TEXT MESSAGES
If you opt in to texts, you agree to receive messages from The Rebuild about your wait list registration, application and calls, and, if you chose marketing texts, about our coaching programs and offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop, or HELP for help, or email hello@therebuild.ca. Consent to texts is not a condition of buying anything. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your phone number.
USING OUR WEBSITE
Please use the website only for lawful purposes. Don’t copy, scrape or misuse it, interfere with how it works, or submit false information.
OUR CONTENT
The text, videos, images, programs, logos and other content on the website belong to The Rebuild or the people who license them to us. You may view and share links to them for personal use, but you may not copy, sell or republish them without our written permission.
LINKS TO OTHER SITES
Our website may link to other websites or platforms, such as Instagram or YouTube. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content or privacy practices.
DISCLAIMERS AND OUR LIABILITY
We work hard to keep the website accurate and available, but we provide it “as is” and can’t promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, The Rebuild is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website, our free training or our general content. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection law.
