Questions, answered
I've tried everything and nothing sticks.
Most of our clients say that on the first call. Plans usually fail on consistency, not information, and the reason is almost always one of three layers: physiology, behaviour or identity. The Fit Call exists to find out which one is breaking for you before anyone sells you anything.
Can't I just do this myself? I know what to do.
Knowing is not the problem. If it were, you would already be done. What changes things is a plan built for your actual week, someone reading your check-in every week and adjusting before a slip becomes a restart, and work on the story you tell about yourself.
I don't have time. My schedule is insane and I travel.
Then the plan is built around that, not around someone with a free hour every morning. Your first thirty days are decided in advance, including the trip already on your calendar, so the hard weeks don't require a decision.
I can't afford it right now.
Fair. But it's worth adding up what the last five years of restarting have cost — every program, every app, every membership, every January — and what the years in between have cost in energy, sleep and how you feel walking into a room. The loop isn't free either. It's just been billing you in instalments small enough to ignore.
What if I fail again?
You won't be doing it alone, and failure here isn't a bad week — it's being left alone with a bad week. Your coach sees the slip in the check-in and changes the plan. If you're doing the work as built and it isn't moving, that's our diagnostic problem to solve, not your character flaw.
Is this just a meal plan and a workout?
No. Those are the easy part, and you can get both for free. The work is behaviour and identity: what you do on your worst day, and who you believe you are while you do it.
Do I have to count macros forever?
No. The skills change as you do. The point is to leave with a body you can keep and a way of living you don't have to white-knuckle.
What happens after? Does it come back?
That's the whole reason we work the way we do. Taking weight off is the door. Building the person who keeps it is the work, and it's why there's a six-month minimum rather than a twelve-week challenge. That's what Make it stick means.
My body doesn't respond anymore — my age, my hormones, my metabolism.
Sometimes physiology is genuinely the layer that's breaking, and where your intake warrants it we look at bloodwork rather than guess. What we won't do is treat a diagnosis as a life sentence. That's the same thing Dillon was told about himself.
I'm not fit enough to start something like this.
Dillon started at 297 pounds with a broken back. Nobody here needs to be in shape to begin.
Is this a bodybuilding program? I'm not that type.
No. Most of the roster are everyday people with jobs and families. Dillon has coached pros and national-level competitors, and they're the minority.
How much does it cost?
The Rebuild is a premium, six-month coaching commitment — for most clients it's the biggest thing they spend on their health, and it's less than what the last five years of restarting has cost them. We walk through the exact investment openly on the call, before you commit to anything.
What if it doesn't work for me?
There are no refunds, and we're straight about that up front. What you get instead is this: if you're doing the work as built and it isn't moving, that's a diagnostic failure on our end, and your coach keeps working the problem until it moves.
How long is the commitment?
There's a six-month minimum. You can pay monthly across it, or take a six or twelve month term — the same program at the same depth either way.
Is this medical advice?
No. We coach nutrition, training, and the behaviour and identity underneath both, and we work with your doctor on anything that touches medicine. Your doctor is the authority on your medical care.
What happens on the call?
Thirty minutes on video: where you are right now, honestly; which layer is breaking and what's been feeding it; what the work would look like; and whether we're the right fit, both ways. If we're not, we'll tell you.
Why is enrolment paused?
Dillon reads every check-in himself, which puts a hard ceiling on how many people we can coach properly. Join the waitlist and you'll get first access, and a first call, when we reopen.
