He was told that was simply how he was made
Dillon was obese his whole childhood, in a small town where the adults around him said that was just how he was built. At nineteen he walked up a roof for work and fell forty-five feet through it onto concrete — a broken back, both heels, months before he could walk properly again.
Then came the blood work. Cholesterol and blood pressure medicated at twenty. Pre-diabetic, with insulin next. That was the day he decided the story he had been told about himself was a lie.
He went from 297 pounds to 142, and lost 155 pounds in the process. And the first time he stepped on a bodybuilding stage, in the best shape of his life, he came dead last. He will tell you that is the most useful thing that ever happened to him, because it taught him the finish line cures nothing.
Sixteen years and 1,500+ clients later, that is still the work: not the weight, but the person underneath it.

“I was the customer who had tried everything”
[Randy's story, in his words: the customer who had tried everything, and why he built the company he wished had existed.]
[The why: doing this as a calling after building and exiting several businesses.]
Imagine giving a healthy body and mind to a million people, and another twenty years with their families.
What you can expect from us
Dillon's answer to what a client should understand before they ever speak to him.
“I am not selling you a body. I will tell you the truth about where you are, with enough care that you can hear it.”
We don't affirm people into staying where they are. If you want to be told your situation is different and none of it is your fault, we are the wrong coaches. If you want someone who has been where you're standing and knows the way out, we're the right ones.
